LEASING
LEASING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing the tenant mix in a retail mall
- Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
- Prepare rental budgets and cash flows
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a retail mall
- Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry
- Good contacts with Retail and F&B Operations
LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Letter of Offer and lease documents
- Liaise with Solicitor preparation of Tenancy Agreement
- Monitor the submission of tenancy documents and lease expiry
- Prepare and collate reports
- Update and maintain tenants contact list and tenancy schedule
- Perform data entry using AMOS
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department which includes filing , processing of paper, etc
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with credit in English
- Able to converse in Mandarin (to interact with Chinese speaking associates)
- Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel

CONCIERGE
Responsibilities:
- Execute and ensure delivery of superior customer service through:
- administration of lucky draws, partner promotions and reward redemption for ION Orchard’s customer loyalty program;
- attendance to customer queries (local patrons & tourists);
- sale of SISTIC tickets to concert/show tickets, ION Orchard gift vouchers; GST refund and
- other services such as gift wrapping and restaurant reservations
- personal shopping services
- Team accountability includes achieving S$X for SISTIC agent commission and sales target of ION Orchard gift vouchers
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as banking in of daily sale collections and monthly performance reports
- Support the function of Singapore Tourism Board’s Singapore Visitors Centre
- Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer services
- Undertakes ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients). Other language skills will be a plus factor

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
ION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
The role is a unique and challenging one which combines customer service, security and safety, as well as facility management, offering suitable candidates a career opportunity that is varied in scope and exposure.
Your key responsibility will focus on being the service ambassador for the mall, attending to tenants and shoppers’ enquiries/feedback and extending support to the customer service department. The job scope also extends to include security functions where you are expected to play a secondary role to ensure safety and security of the mall for the shoppers and tenants. Additional responsibility will include building management functions in support of the operations team. Specific building management scope will include conducting regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractors’ works, look out for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulations/mall house rules and manning the customer service hotlines.

HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER / SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Reporting to: Manager / Executive (Housekeeping)
- Responsible for supervising all outsource contractors’ housekeeping officers/supervisors
- Assigns housekeeping personnel their duties, and inspects work daily for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
- To inspect and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control system
- Attend to complaints and requests and escalate any priority issues to the Manager/Executive
- Improving of housekeeping system by obtaining feedback from all housekeeping personnel
- Conducting of fortnightly meetings with service vendors for any improvements
- To assist the Executive with On-the-Job-Trainings on grooming and maintaining of service standard
- Reports of any repairs have to be flagged immediately and attending to any preventive maintenance work required
- Cleaning materials has to be monitored and ensure inventories are adequately stocked and properly maintained
- Maintaining of proper records of all activities/events in the Log Book

FINANCE
FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounting records for companies within portfolio
- Managing cash flow, quarterly GST returns and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations
- Involving in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with responsibilities for variance analysis and variance reporting
- Working closely with the business units to provide financial reporting and analytical support as well as to identify potential issues that impact the financials
- To implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard Company’s assets and interests.
Requirements:
- Degree or a good Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA, with ability to handle full set of accounts, group consolidation and with SAP & Frango knowledge
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a computerized accounting environment, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
- Excellent leadership, resourceful and analytical
- Able to work independently under tight time schedules
- Good team player with ability to deal with people of all levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
