LEASING

LEASING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing the tenant mix in a retail mall
  • Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
  • Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
  • Prepare rental budgets and cash flows

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a retail mall
  • Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry
  • Good contacts with Retail and F&B Operations

 



LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare letter of offer and lease documents
  • Liaise with Solicitor preparation of Tenancy Agreement
  • Monitor the submission of tenancy documents and lease expiry
  • Prepare and collate reports
  • Update and maintain tenants contact list and tenancy schedule
  • Perform data entry using AMOS
  • Provide administrative support to the leasing department which includes filing, processing of paper works, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with credit in English
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (to interact with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous

 


FINANCE

FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Accounts Payable and related accounting records
  • Prepare all Accounts Payable reports as required
  • Processing of invoices
  • Answer enquires from creditors if required
  • Assist in monthly closing of company and group accounts
  • Issue and coordinate cheques/documents for signatures with various parties locally and overseas


Requirements:

  • ACCA or AAT qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in keeping full set of book will be added advantage
  • Computer literate with SAP experience
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

CONCIERGE

Responsibilities:

Execute and ensure delivery of superior customer service through:

  • Administration of lucky draws, partner promotions and reward redemption for ION Orchard’s customer loyalty program;
  • Attend to shoppers' queries
  • Sale of SISTIC tickets to concert/show tickets, ION Orchard gift vouchers, GST refund and other services such as gift wrapping and restaurant reservations
  • Personal shopping services
  • Team accountability includes achieving sales target for SISTIC agent commission and ION Orchard gift vouchers
  • Responsible for general administrative duties such as banking in of daily sale collections and monthly performance reports
  • Support the function of Singapore Tourism Board’s Singapore Visitors Centre

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUILDING SERVICES & OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operational matters, as well as administration
  • Lead and supervise a team of ION officers
  • Manage and supervise contractors work and coordinate/manage projects within the mall. In addition, this position’s responsibility will include preparing and monitoring budgets.

Requirements:

  • Possess min Diploma in Estate Management, or Building
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position and preferably with Housekeeping experience
  • Have prior experience in managing a retail mall/large scale commercial project
  • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English

FACILITY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in procuring, executing and managing building repair works.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering or related discipline

ION OFFICER

Responsibilities:

The role is a unique and challenging one which combines customer service, security and safety, as well as facility management, offering suitable candidates a career opportunity that is varied in scope and exposure.

Your key responsibility will focus on being the service ambassador for the mall, attending to tenants and shoppers’ enquiries/feedback and extending support to the customer service department. The job scope also extends to include security functions where you are expected to play a secondary role to ensure safety and security of the mall for the shoppers and tenants. Additional responsibility will include building management functions in support of the operations team. Specific building management scope will include conducting regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractors’ works, look out for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulations/mall house rules.

ION OFFICER (HOUSEKEEPING)


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising all housekeeping supervisors and officers
  • Assigns housekeeping personnel their duties, and inspects work daily for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Attend to complaints and requests and escalate any priority issues to the Manager/Executive
  • Improve housekeeping system by obtaining feedback from all housekeeping personnel
  • Conduct nightly meetings with service vendors for any improvements
  • To assist the Manager with On-the-Job-Trainings on grooming and maintaining of service standard
  • Reports any repairs required and attend to any preventive maintenance work required
  • Monitors cleaning materials and ensure inventories are adequately stocked and properly maintained

TECHINCAL CREW


Responsibilities:

You will play an integral role, as part of the property management team, to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards. You are expected to carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedule & monitor term contractors in their routine servicing as well as minor repairs / trouble-shooting works. You will also be responsible for providing the required M&E supports to the tenants as well as to attend to their requests/feedback/complaints on maintenance related matters. In addition, the position responsibility requires you to assist in marcom events where necessary e.g. sound system, crowd control, escorting of performers etc.


Requirements:

  • NTC 2/3 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and/or implementing improvement works
  • Relevant Computer Skills in MS Words and Excel
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts

TENANCY DESIGN & COORDINATION EXECUTIVE


Responsibilities:

  • Orientate tenants to landlord's requirements and building's regulations
  • Review and provide design solutions to ensure the designs submitted by tenants comply with landlord's guidelines
  • Coordinate site handover and attend to tenants on all site issues
  • Handle improvement works/ projects in the building


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Studies or Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • Relevant experience in Retail Design preferred
  • Highly creative with strong communication skills and pleasant disposition

THE ORCHARD RESIDENCES



RESIDENCE CONCIERGE

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the residences which include the manning of the Concierge desk and The Club house.
  • Manage and operate all club facilities, reservations and equipments.
  • Assist residents in taking in reservations for the function venues and leisure facilities.
  • Provide information, advice and make arrangements for travel, transportation, restaurant reservations, health and beauty services, shopping, childcare, purchases of tickets for movies, plays, special events, floral services and other services.
  • Handle all residents’ requests, special arrangements, etc.
  • Act as a coordinator between the residents and the management.
  • Undertakes ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time


Requirements:
